About us

EuroBridge brings together life sciences founders and ELPEN, a family-owned European pharmaceutical company, to help innovative medicines reach European patients.

We work with medicine originators to assess the European potential of their assets and agree a plan for licensing, development and commercialization. Each partnership reflects the evidence, investment and local expertise the medicine needs.

Our purpose

No proven medicine should stop at a border.

Scientific progress should benefit patients wherever an innovation begins. Our purpose is to help promising medicines reach more people by addressing the development and market access requirements that stand between clinical evidence and availability in a new country.

Leadership

Our leadership experience

Our leadership brings decades of experience across biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and life sciences investment. Collectively, that experience spans founding and leading companies, raising capital, and negotiating international licensing agreements and strategic transactions.

It also includes advancing medicines through clinical development and regulatory review, with experience in oncology and commercial launches. This combination informs how we evaluate opportunities and work with partners.

Services

What we do

Our initial focus is oncology, with priority given to Phase III or China-approved medicines. We also see opportunities to extend this approach to autoimmune disease and other therapeutic areas.

01

Evaluate the opportunity

We assess clinical evidence and differentiation alongside the European regulatory pathway, manufacturing quality, intellectual property and data rights. The review also considers patient need, pricing and reimbursement, development costs and potential commercial partner interest.

02

Agree the partnership

We work with originators to define the European rights, development plan and responsibilities. Each program requires an agreed budget and funding approach, with licensing and supply terms that reflect the contributions and responsibilities of both sides.

03

Advance development and registration

We coordinate the clinical, regulatory and technical work needed to support a European submission. The plan reflects the existing evidence and any additional studies, analyses or manufacturing work required for the medicine.

04

Plan market access and launch

We work with ELPEN and suitable local partners to plan country-level access and commercialization. Market priorities reflect the medicine’s potential, reimbursement prospects, supply readiness and local capabilities. Launch remains subject to the relevant approvals and country requirements.

05

How we work together

We build partnerships around shared objectives and clear responsibilities. The process begins with a non-confidential discussion of the medicine, available European rights and each side’s expectations, followed by detailed assessment under a confidentiality agreement.
